Pineview Room $250
The Pineview Room features a spectacular view of the surrounding wooded golf course and neighborhood. It is perfect for those intimate gatherings such as bridal or baby showers, and meetings.
The Pineview Room comfortably accomodates up to 60 people.
Ball Room $500
The Ball Room features vaulted ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and a wooden dance floor with french doors leading onto a private patio.

Sunset Room w/ Veranda $750
The Sunset Room with its panoramic views of our golf course and wooded surrounding neighborhood are sure to impress. The Sunset Room has vaulted ceilings, a new dance floor with intimate lighting. A seperate bar area near the dance floor is sure to keep the party going. Off of the Sunset Room, you will find a large deck area which you and your guests can enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

Commonly used for wedding ceremonies, graduations parties or even the kids outdoor birthday party. Our veranda gives unparalleled views and allows you to experience the outside without the hassles of doing it at home.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
Whispering Pines Banquet Center is responsible for the quality and freshness of the food served to our guests. Due to current Health Regulations, all food served at Whispering Pines must be prepared by our culinary staff. Food may not be taken off of the premises after it has been prepared and served. Please note that all Federal, State and Local laws with regards to food and beverage purchase and consumption are strictly adhered to. Michigan Law prohibits any intoxicating beverages from being brought into public events or areas on the premises of Whispering Pines Banquet Center. Although Whispering Pines offers a full line of desserts, exceptions may be made on cakes for special occasions where an additional service fee will apply.
SERVICE CHARGES
All food and beverage items are subject to a 6% State Sales Tax and an 18% Service fee. State Sales Tax may be added on rentals and other applicable items.
GUARANTEES
A guaranteed attendance number for your event is required as part of your Contract, to be signed by every person and/or group holding the event. You will be quoted based on this guaranteed number (you may exceed your minimum guarantee with at least seven days notice at the same contract price per person, as set forth in the Contract.) All dates and times must be held with a security deposit. The deposit is due with signed contract.
RENTALS
Rentals are to be paid as a deposit and are non-refundable after 30 days of receipt of deposit. Should a cancellation occur, your entire deposit will be forfeited unless your event date is re-booked for a different day. If a room rental is not assessed, a deposit is required to hold any date for any event and is non-refundable. We will be pleased to arrange any audio-video requirement and any other rentals such as: dance floor, linen, special plate ware, music, etc. for your event.
BILLING
The balance of the event must be paid in full, seven (7) days prior to the event. Organizations that are tax exempt are required by law to provide a Tax Exempt Certificate along with a letter requesting exemption. Final payment should be in the form of cash or check.
DECORATIONS
We would be happy to assist in any decorating or entertainment needs you may have. Whispering Pines does not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings with nails, staples, tacks, tape, or any other substance unless approval is received prior to the event.
SECURITY
Whispering Pines does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to, during or following an event. All events must be completed by 12:00 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS
Should a cancellation occur after 30 days of receipt of deposit, YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED AS LIQUIDATED DAMAGES. Should your cancellation occur WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT DATE YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCURRED FOOD COSTS. If your event can be rebooked at another time your deposit(s) will be applied to that event, less any incurred food costs for which you are responsible.
