‘I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated you and your staff. The party was perfect - better than I expected. Thank you for running a tight ship and keeping things on time and on track. You do an excellent job. You should know that I received nothing but compliments on all of the food, the staff, and the facility. Everyone was impressed with the presentation and the quality of the food. My personal favorites were the meatballs, salmon, and ravioli. The food was high-end restaurant quality. And an extra "thank you" for making sure the meat was more well-done than rare. I also received compliments on your staff; "friendly", "effecient", and "attentive" were the words used. The facility is very nice, as well. Our room was beautiful, and the bathrooms were always clean and well-stocked. My parents' anniversary party was more than I expected and I know it meant the world to them. Because of you and your staff, I could give my parents a celebration with their family and friends and not worry about anything.
